FAQ and Policies

To Book a Party:

  • Fill out the inquiry form on the Book a Party page. We will respond within 24 hours.

  • Once a date and theme are agreed upon, you will receive an invoice from us detailing your party, costs, and payment information.

  • Submit payment via Venmo or Paypal to secure your party date

  • Sit back and let us do the planning!

Before Your Party:

  • Your balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to set up.

  • Please double and triple check to confirm that you have the space required for 8 tent set ups.  We require a minimum of 75 inches x 48 inches of clear space for each set. 

  • Please remove any furniture or rugs and vacuum the floor of the party site prior to our arrival.   We do not move any furniture or rugs.

  • We will need one outlet for the lighting included in the party package (ex: party light).  We will also need one outlet during set up for inflation of tents and balloons

Set Up of Your Party:

  • Our team will arrive at your home at the agreed upon time.  Please let us know if you have any instructions regarding parking. An adult should be present to approve delivery and set up.  The set up process should take approximately 1.5 hours if all goes according to plan! 

  • If you do not authorize pictures and/or video of your set up posted to social media or our website, please let us know prior to set up. All set ups will be featured online unless told otherwise.

  • We love that some children want to help us set up, but that is not necessary!  We LOVE nothing more than to see the surprise and excitement on the birthday child's face when they see their magical "camp site" for the first time after we have finished set up and ready to party!  

  • We also love and adore animals (especially dogs!), but we ask that you keep animals away from the campsite to prevent damage or staining.

Damage Policy:

  • We love seeing that the Campsite was fully enjoyed when we come to pick it up the next morning! As a small business, we take additional time and careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client without having to raise our rental rate. In the event that property is damaged or lost, a replacement fee will be invoiced.

  • We kindly request that you ask guests to refrain from jumping on the campsite beds. This "rule" is in place to minimize the risk for injury and leave little room for inventory damage to occur! 

  • We love clients who take our themes to the next level! Please ensure all nail polish, makeup, or other staining products are not handled by guests in the Campsite space. 

Health and Safety Measures:

  • All linens, tent covers, and pillows are sanitized immediately following use and stored in air tight containers away from dust and allergens until the next party.

  • Sheets and blankets are provided as well as decorative pillows, but for sanitary reasons, guests must bring their own pillows for sleeping.

  • Please do not allow children under 4 on mattresses and we ask that children under 10 be supervised at all times by an adult.

Breakdown and Pick Up:

  • Our team will arrive for pick up the following day at the agreed upon time. If this time does not work for you, please let me know ASAP.

  • It is unnecessary to disassemble the campsite prior to our arrival.  Set up, takedown, and pick up are all included in our service!  We will only remove property of Party Era Sleepovers (balloons are not property of PES once inflated).
